Thank you for shopping with us. This policy describes our terms for returns, refunds and exchanges.

## Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for return:

- Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original factory packaging.

- All labels and accessories must be intact.

- Return request must be approved by our customer service before you send goods back.

### Non‑Returnable Items

Custom‑made, special‑size, modified hardware products are non‑returnable unless manufacturing defects exist. Clearance or final‑sale items cannot be returned.

## How to Start a Return

1. Send an email to [zhongjx1992@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval and return instructions.

3. Do NOT send back items without RMA number, unauthorized returns may be rejected.

## Return Shipping Cost

- For our mistakes: wrong item, defective manufacturing product: We cover return shipping cost and provide prepaid return label after approval.

- For customer‑initiated returns (change of mind, order mismatch): Return shipping cost, import tax and customs fees shall be borne by customers. Original shipping fee is non‑refundable. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping service.

## Refund Process

After we receive, inspect and confirm your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5‑10 business days to your original payment method. Actual arrival time depends on your bank processing speed.
